About Dr. Regina Reilly Parker:

Dr. Regina Parker brings 15 years' experience in foreign studies programs to her job as Director of the Office of International Programs at TDU. Her work in the 1990's as head of the FCES program in Nairobi, Kenya, won her accolades from the Kenyan government and U.S. consulate in Nairobi alike.Her goal is a 100% increase in participation in study abroad programs within 5 years.
